We are a UK based online multi-vendor marketplace where buyers can purchase CDs, vinyl records and other reggae related merchandise from independent sellers from around the world.

In simple terms, is a big shop that contains smaller shops that are run by individual sellers.

We say “By selling on, you ensure your products are placed directly in front of the potential buyers.”

We promote the products of sellers through our various marketing channels to ensure they gain maximum exposure and increased sales.

Our support team will work to assist sellers with all their inventories, product listings, branding, photography, content creation and much more.

We understand the challenges ahead and we want to be able to work with you to achieve greatness.

It’s really simple and only takes a few minutes.

Complete the subscription form on and upload your products, their picture(s), their details and the price.

As a seller, you will keep 90% of the sales price.

That’s only 10% commission fees, much lower than many other websites.

We recommend sellers keep receipts or photos of the packages sent, especially when shipping method does not provide tracking details.

If contacted about an order that has not arrived, the seller will be able to provide proof of shipment (like a tracking number).

The listing page is where buyers get most of their information about an item.

This information helps buyers to decide what to buy and know what to expect when they receive an item.

It is important to make sure that the listing is only used to describe the item for sale and to communicate the terms of the sale in a professional way.

Sellers must:

  • Describe only the item they are selling in the listing and the terms of the sale
  • Provide complete and accurate details
  • If the item is not brand-new, then they should specify the condition of the item

We advise sellers to offer free postage and delivery to all destinations.

For destinations where the seller has offered free postage, no other fees related to postage, dispatch, insurance or packaging can be charged.


The seller may need to cancel an order because they have made a mistake in the listing or there is a problem with the buyer’s postal address.

If on the rare occasion this occurs the seller should cancel the order within 10 days of the sale.

The seller will need to login, go to side menu and click on Payments then Withdrawal.

The minimum transfer amount is £100 or the equivalent in another currency.

Amounts below £100 will accrue and shall be paid upon request when the account balance is greater than £100.

Payments are made via PayPal within 48 hours upon request.

Each transfer will be accompanied by a confirmation email.

We may (at our reasonable discretion) impose limits on the amount of funds that can be withdrawn, for example to comply with anti-money laundering, fraud or other legal obligations.

We ensure only the highest standards of service and delivery for our customers.

Sellers who fail to meet these standards will immediately have their account deleted.

Sellers must ensure their products are in stock and available for immediate shipping.

When a buyer purchases an item, the seller is immediately sent an email with all the shipping details.

Once a seller has realised an item is to be delayed, they will notify the buyer at once by email with a full update and offer of a refund.

No but, if a seller receives an order from a territory where you are unable to ship, the seller will immediately refund their purchase.

We recommend that sellers state in the item’s description which territories they are unable to ship. does not create, store or ship any of the items on this website.

It is the sole responsibility of the seller to ensure items are delivered without fault and in a timely manner.

Any disputes can be resolved using the PayPal Resolution Center and all purchases are protected under the PayPal Buyer Protection policy.

If you are not thrilled with your order, we are happy to accept returns on most items.

If you need to return an item bought on you must return it directly to the seller.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.

We will refund you no later than 14 days from the day on which the seller receive the returned item(s).

We will refund your payment using the original form of payment method as you used to place the order and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Exchanges are only available when requesting a different size for the same product.

The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.

The item(s) must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

CDs and DVDs must be returned unopened.

Posters, paintings and vinyl records can only be returned if the product is defective or damaged.

Some items cannot be returned to health protection or hygiene reasons.

All returns and exchanges should be processed within a week of the item(s) being received by the seller.
